1. ball of foot hops/butt kickers
2. squat + overhead reach
3. dive bomber push ups

DB/KB option:

Run 200m, 10 single arm DB OHS, rest 1 min
Odd rnds: left side
even rnds: right side
*scale as needed to single arm front rack position if a good overhead position cant be met.
