WOD: P1. Pause Front squat (3 seconds) 8 rounds x 3 reps @ 65-75%.(working on sticking point of bottom of squat- emphasize diaphragmatic breathing.)
P2. 10-8-6-4-2 reps for time: 2 person team WOD. Partner 1 completes 10 GHD sit-ups, partner 2 completes 10 burpees- both working at same time, partners switch stations and repeat work with opposite movement, working down the ladder until both partners have completed 2 and 2.
