At Home WODs:
1. Warmup:
2 rounds; 8 min.
1 min run in place/butt kickers/heels to butt/etc.
1 min spiderman + overhead reach
1 min cossack squat
30 sec. sit in bottom of squat/ 30 sec air squat

2. CF HQ fundrasier WO
10-min. AMRAP:
10 squats
9 dumbbell snatches, right arm *use backpack and perform with both arms if needed
10 push-ups *scale to knees/elevated couch if needed
9 dumbbell snatches, left arm *use backpack and perform with both arms if needed

3. Core accessory
Alt. Tabata x 4 sets;
:20 on x :10 off
1. forearm plank
2. L side plank
3. R side plank

4. stretch
