0: 5 Reps at 35%
2: 4 Reps at 45%
4: 3 Reps at 55%
6: 2 Reps at 65%
8: 1 Rep at 75%
10: 1 Rep at 80%
12: 1 Rep at 85%
14: 1 Rep at 90%
16: 1 Rep at 95 %
18: 1 Rep at 101%
20: 1 Rep at 101+%

2) Pullup Test: Reverse Tabata
