Last Man Standing
This is a way to help continue motivation/camaraderie within the community EACH AND EVERY CLASS!
How it works: Every class during a workout you push as hard as you can and are tired and out of breath when you finish, but its not over! Your fellow peers are around you still working, so your job continues to cheer them on until everyone is finished, down to the ‘Last (wo)man standing’! This begins TODAY, make it happen!

Skill: Tire flip skill work P1-3.

WOD: 21-18-15-12-9-6-3 reps for time: Front Squat- from floor (125,185#) scale to 60-65% of 1 rm., GHD sit-up *scale to straight leg abmat.
