18 Minute Amrap
Think of this workout as an AMRAP in 18 minutes of X lateral burpee over the bar & X toes to bar. However, partner 1 is on the bike, and the trigger to switch is completing the bike calories. You continue complete as many rounds and reps of the couplet as you can in 18 minutes. Scale to the appropriate level to ensure consistency from round to round.
Lvl6: bike 20/17, lateral burpees 10, toes-bar 10
Lvl5: bike 18/15, lateral burpees 10, toes-bar 10
Lvl4: bike 16/13, lateral burpees 8, toes-eyes 8
Lvl3: bike 14/11, lateral burpees 8, toes-chest 8
