  • If you don’t have access to running or cant due to injury, scale to 1min of jumping jacks or high knees
  • **preferably use double DB/KB if you have it, otherwise a single DB/KB alternating sides every 5 or so reps.
  • *** if you don’t have access to a pullup bar, you can modify it to single/double arm bent over row, or body rows using a towel on a door knob put inside a doorway.
