A. Spend 5-6min warming up in sets of 2-3 to 70%; 35-45, 45-55, 55-65%. Every 2 minutes, for 16 minutes (8 sets):

5 min clock; partner leg tosses
:20 each partner, with :10 transition, 5 rounds each:
Partner lays on ground grabbing opposite partner ankles, partner who is standing pushes legs towards floor in as many diff varying ways as possible, from straight down to side-side.
