21 deadlifts (185/115) *40-50% of 1rm

 

Level 2:

5 rounds for time of:
Run 400 meters
21 deadlifts (155/105)

 

Level 1:

4-5 rounds for time of:
Run 400 meters (sub row/bike as needed)
21 deadlifts (95/65)

*if you have to walk on run, decrease distance to 300/200m
deadlifts should be completed in 1-3 sets maximum.
