Complete as many rounds and reps as possible in 12 minutes of:
2 rounds of:
50-ft. weighted walking lunge
16 toes-to-bars
8 DB power cleans
Then, 2 rounds of:
50-ft. weighted walking lunge
16 bar muscle-ups
8 DB power cleans
Etc., alternating between toes-to-bars and bar muscle-ups every 2 rounds.

Rx: DB 50/35, TTB, BMU
Sc: DB 35/20, HKR, pullups

AMRAP 12 min:
20 walking lunges-10 per leg in place (add single DB goblet for extra challenge)
16 situps (add v-ups/tuck ups for extra challenge)
8 alt arm DB power cleans (4 each side)
