12 backpack deadlifts
9 backpack hang power clean
6 backpack shoulder-overhead

DB/KB option:
2. single arm DB ‘DT’
10 rounds (alternating sides after every full round)
12 DB deadlifts (L)
9 DB hang power clean (L)
6 DB shoulder-overhead (L)
*this is one round, next round perform the same movements but on the R side.
