A. 1 min walk/1 min jog/ 1 min run x 10
from easy pace to mod pace to hard pace

B. 2 min jog/ 1 min walk x 10
mod jog pace to easy pace

C. 1 min hard run/ 2 min walk-jog pace for recovery x 10
go hard- uncomfortable to 2 min easy recovery pace.
