1. Squat + lunges
2. situps + tuck ups
3. pushup + downdog
*EMOM x 3-5 burpees

2. tabata :20 on x :10 off x 8 each w/1 min rest between movements
Tabata up down (burpee with no pushup)
1 min rest
Tabata weighted sit-up* scale as needed with no weight
1 min rest
Tabata kettlebell/dumbbell swing*scale as needed to glute bridge
1 min rest
Tabata up down (burpee with no pushup)

3. optional Core Accessory
3 min accumulated bird dogs

4. Stretch/recover
Spend 3-5 min working on the tight spots with foam roller/lacrosse ball/baseball/softball
