A. 10 min skill work of full clean pulling from floor + jerk
B. 5 rounds x 1 rep Clean & Jerk (increasing each rep to a solid heavy single)
C. 5 rounds x 3 reps Back Squat @ 70%
D. 3 x 20 GHD/abmat situps (on your own)- can be done between sets of Back Squat
