Cierra in the 5:45pm class, doing Dumbbell Snatches from tonight’s workout!  Cierra does CrossFit classes 3 days a week, plus Personalized Programming from Coach Shaun 3 days a week to meet specific training goals. CrossFit:
In Teams of Three, AMPRAP 15 min:
6 Single-Arm Dumbbell Snatches (3 per side)
6 Burpee
*Teams will cycle through full rounds one at a time, with only one member working at a time. The goal is to move as quickly as possible, minimizing your partners’ rest periods and racking up as many rounds as possible.

QuickFit:
4 rounds:
Single Arm DB Press x 10 reps each arm
Russian Kettlebell Swings x 20 reps
Single-Arm Dumbbell Row x 10 reps each arm
Rest 1 min
