WOD: Part 1: Skill work (kipping pull-ups, kipping toes-bar, muscle-ups)

Shaun: I didnt do the row today, but I did do the mainsite WOD. My GOATs are running and HSPU so it was good for me to grind through.
Three rounds for time of:
Run 400 meters
75 pound Squat snatch, 15 reps
9 Handstand push-ups
Rx in 20:02. Poor time, the runs were better than usual, the snatches were unbroken first round, 10-5 second, 5-5-5 third. The HSPU were a BEAR!
