Team WOD: Teams of 3: for time.
Run from HCF to farmers market via B-line trail, carrying 1 KB, 1 Medball. Along the way there will be 4 base stations, limestone blocks and benches, at each base station each member of the team must complete 25 reps each: KB swing, Medball Clean, Box Jump, then move on to next base station. Final base station will be at the farmers market, then return back to HCF carrying same equipment.
