A. Front Squat 80% x 5 (reps) x 3 rounds.
B. Hang power snatch skill (~8-10 min.)
*muscle snatch/snatch push press/OHS/snatch drops to 2-4-6/hang power snatch
C. EMOTM x 5 min:
1 hang power snatch + 1 OHS @60% of 1rm snatch. *use ~50% of OHS 1rm.
D. Post core accessory:
tabata V-ups or knee tucks 20x10x8
