Skill: Handstands P. 1-3. review part 1 and go straight into parts 2-3.
WOD: P1. Death by handstand pushups. Every min on the min beginning at 1 rep, adding 1 rep each minute. Ex: 1st min complete 1 HSPU, 2nd min complete 2 handstand pushups, 3rd min complete 3 handstand pushups… continuing for as long as possible. (goal is to work for at least 10 min, so if you fail at any time frame, begin reps back over again at 1 and work back up the ladder until you reach 10 min.)
P2. Tabata double-unders. 20 seconds on x 10 seconds off x 8 rounds. post high and low scores.
P3. Post mobility GOATs- coaches choice (shoulder, thoracic spine related)
