WOD:
P1. 5-6 min of skill work of the below movements, then;
10 min clock to get to a moderately heavy complex of the following:
1 pushpress + 1 push jerk + 1 split jerk
P2. Clean pulls; 5 rounds x 3 reps @ 80% of 1 rm clean or 50-55% of 1 rm DL
*reset every rep, no touch and gos!
P3. accessory ab work: 3 x 15 reps of weighted sit-ups
(GHD if capable, or straight leg abmat)
