It was a wet morning, but 9 folks endured the slick to join us! Thanks to Terry and Danny for sharing Hoosier CrossFit with 3 new friends! The deadlift is an important task to accomplish with proper technique for workouts and daily activities in life. When you think about picking something from the floor, heavy or light, remember our instruction: keep your chest proud, hips back, back flat, and move up and down with your legs 🙂
