Double Unders is when the rope passes under your feet 2 repetions per one jump.
No, we don’t do magic and Rachel isn’t levitating. She’s doing Double Unders; it’s when the jump rope passes under your feet 2 reps per one jump.  It’s great for conditioning, as well as building balance, coordination, and skill.

WOD:
A. Double-under skill work
B. ‘Annie’
50-40-30-20-10 reps for time:
Double-unders (2-1 ratio of SU-DU)
ab-mat situps
*goal is SUB 10 min!
