If you missed Wednesday’s test, come into classes today, otherwise go out for a light walk/jog just to keep the body moving and feeling good.
CrossFit bonus for those who did Wednesdays Test;
Part A: AMRAP 5 mins: DB Box Step Overs and Burpees
Complete as many rounds as possible in 5 mins of:
5 DB Box Step Overs, pick load and height
10 Burpees
*Notes: Perform Part A and then rest 2 mins. After rest, move directly into Part B.
Part B: AMRAP 5 mins: Devils Press and Air Squats
Complete as many rounds as possible in 5 mins of:
5 Devils Press, pick load
15 Air Squats
*Notes: Perform Part B after a 2 min rest after Part A
