P1. 5 sandbag squats, directly into 100m. KB farmers carry (50m out/50m back)
P2. while P1 is working P2 completes 10 pushups. P1 returns, then switch spots

Lvl5: SB 125/100, KB 70/53, toe pushup
Lvl4: SB 100/75, KB 53/44, knee pushup
Lvl3: SB 75/30MB, KB 44/35, knee pushup
Lvl2: MB 30/20MB, KB 35/26, knee pushup
