30 Toes-to-Bar (split)
20 DB Snatches (split)
10 Double-DB Devil’s Cleans (split)
Partners alternate movements as desired (not rounds).
Scaling Options
Beginner:
• 200m Run
• 20–30 Cal Bike
• Hanging Knee Raises or 20 Sit-Ups
• 15 DB Snatch (light)
• 6 DB Devil’s Rows
Intermediate:
As written, but adjust run to 250–300m
Advanced:
• Unbroken TTB sets
• Heavy DB snatch (50/35)
• Devil’s cleans unbroken
