AMRAP 20 min:
5 Handstand push-ups
10 1-legged squats, alternating legs
15 Pull-ups
415 Competitors:
P1. Warm-up series – 2 push press + 2 jerk behind neck + 2 press behind neck in split position – 3 sets
Power clean + front squat + clean + jerk (5 sec pause in split) – 5 sets
Front squat – 75% x 4 x 4
P2. If you have not signed up for a group class today, do Cindy in last 20 min of 415 class. Otherwise prep (mobility) for Cindy.
