Every minute on the minute for 10 min:
1st min: 1 bear complex- 75,115# (clean-press or thruster-back squat-press or thruster=1), 2 toes-bar. 2nd min: 2 bear complex, 4 toes-bar. 3rd min: 3 bear complex, 6 toes-bar. Continue as long as you are able, if you fail to complete the work in the allotted time begin back over at 1 & 2.
