12 days of christmas wod:
1 (Bike or Row 10 cals)
2 medball/sandbag cleans
3 Thrusters (135/95)
4 Muscle-Ups (ring or bar) – chest-bar- pullup
5 Golden Burpees! Both partners must complete!
6 Toes to Bar
7 shoulder-overhead (barbell) 135/95
8 DB snatches (4 per side)
9 Box Jumps (30″/24″)
10 pistols (5 per side)
11 handstand pushups
12 Man-Makers (50/35 lb DBs) (6 each side)
This will be our ONLY class this day and will performed with 2 person teams. The workout is performed like the 12 days of Christmas song where 1 rep is performed, then 2 reps- 1 rep, then 3,2,1.. etc. Until all 12 days/movements have been completed!
