Part A:
3 RFQ:
Sandbag Carries, Pick Load, 100ft
Walking Lunge, 50ft
Bear Crawl, 50ft
Part B:
AMReps 5 mins (2,4,6...): Russian KBS and Burpees
As many reps as possible in 5 mins of:
2 RKBS, pick load
2 Burpees
4 RKBS, pick load
4 Burpees
6 RKBS, pick load
6 Burpees
...
Continue adding 2 reps each round to ea. mvmt. until time expires.
