tabata pushups
10 x 75meter hill sprints (90 second rest between rounds)
What is tabata?! Tabatas are executed at high intensity in which you put out 100% effort for 20 seconds followed by 10 seconds rest. 8 rounds of this, and you’d want to call it a day. Wondering about our lingo? 10×75 meter hill sprints means the class endured a sprint up hill 75 meters length. After each hill sprint, the class had 90 seconds to rest before they continued for a total of 10 rounds.
Try doing tabatas and sprinting on your own and maintaining MAX EFFORT. With our program, your personal trainer and class will help keep your head in the game!
