EVERYONE meet the newest graduates of onramp. If you see them in class introduce your self and welcome them to our crossfit family.

WOD:

2 rounds for time:

5 sets of 10 thrusters (45#)

6 sets of 5 pullups

*You MUST do the sets unbroken, rest as needed between sets, total time including any rest is finish time.

*scale if needed to:
10 sets of 5 thrusters
10 sets of 3 pullups

615pm Olympic Lifting: Snatch
Snatch – 70%x2, 75%x2, 80%x1, 85%x1, HS
Snatch Pull – 93%x5x5
