Today our athletes partnered up to complete a team workout involving running and DB thrusters. While some partners are completing the thrusters, others are catching their breath waiting for their partner to return from the run.

CrossFit:
Teams of 2:
AMRAP 15 min: 1 partner works while other rests
Partners rotate whole rounds;
15 DB thrusters
200 m run

Longevity:
