WOD: P1. 1 Clean pull + 1 Clean high pull + 1 power clean x 2. Do this sequence beginning at 55% and increment in 5% jumps until you reach 75%.
P2. 1 Clean pull + 1 power clean x 1. Beginning at 80% increment 5% until you reach 90-95%, or if weight feels good hit 100%.
