WOD:
E3 min x 15 min (5 sets)
- 3-5 depth jumps (begin standing on top of a box or plates and jump down onto the floor and rebound back up on top of another box or plates.
- immediately into 3-5 broad jumps
- immediately into a 100m sprint- all out effort (road and back)
- rest the remainder of the 3 min by walking or riding a bike
*you can team up with a buddy for this to share equipment and follow each other through the movements 1 at a time.
**scale to lower height on plates and smaller jumps for broad jumps. If an individual cant sprint 100m, have them use the bike for ~20 all out sprint on bike.
