WOD:

E3 min x 15 min (5 sets)

  1. 3-5 depth jumps (begin standing on top of a box or plates and jump down onto the floor and rebound back up on top of another box or plates.
  2. immediately into 3-5 broad jumps
  3. immediately into a 100m sprint- all out effort (road and back)
  4. rest the remainder of the 3 min by walking or riding a bike
    *you can team up with a buddy for this to share equipment and follow each other through the movements 1 at a time.
    **scale to lower height on plates and smaller jumps for broad jumps. If an individual cant sprint 100m, have them use the bike for ~20 all out sprint on bike.

CANCELLATION/HOLD POLICY

All membership agreements require 10-days written notice to cancel your membership. This form will serve as your 10-days written cancellation notice. Note that if you have a scheduled renewal payment within 10-days of your invoice billing date, the payment will be processed as scheduled. Your membership will be canceled at the end of your final paid month. All payments are non-refundable. All grandfathered membership rates will also be forfeited and returning members will be subject to current rates.
