Pause back squat – 4 x 3
Feel out weights for each exercise that are challenging but not max efforts.
11a Team WOD:
2 person teams, AMRAP 20 min.
2 wallclimbs
4 deadlift (moderately heavy, 60% 1rm)
8 box jump (20,24”)
1 team member goes through 1 full round, then tags partner and alternates through round by round completing as many rounds and reps as possible in 20 min.
