there is one hard truth that’s indisputable, if you do CrossFit right: No matter how bad you felt before the WOD, no matter how crappy and terrible and horrendous your day was up until the point that you walked in the gym, you will always feel better after the WOD. Well, at least once you can breathe again.

WOD: Part 1: Front Squat. 10 min. to work up to 1 rep max.
Begin with 60% of 1 rm. back squat, and increase apprx. 10-20# per attempt.

20 Squats, 2 double-unders
18 Squats, 4 DU
16 Squats, 6 DU
14 Squat, 8 DU
12 Squat, 10 DU
10 Squat, 12 DU
8 Squat, 14 DU
6 Squat, 16 DU
4 Squat, 18 DU
2 Squat, 20 DU
