WOD: Part 1: Overhead Squat 5-5-5+
Begin with a working warmup wt, then progress into heavy sets of 5, on set 3 complete 5+ reps, but do not go to failure!
Part 2: AMRAP in 15 min.
7 Overhead Squat (use 70% of your heaviest set of 5)
