Pick 1 Strength GOAT (Shoulder Press, Backsquat, Deadlift) & 1 Body Wt./Gymnastics GOAT (pushup, squat, pullup, dip, hspu, burpee)
20 min. Clock:
on the top of the min. complete 3 reps of your strength movement (80% of 1rm), with remaining time in that minute complete amrap of body wt. movement, followed by a 1 min rest. Complete 10 total rounds (20min.)
