Skill: Burpee jump & land.
WOD: 10 min clock: at the top of the min complete 2 power cleans (80-90% of max) with remainder of time within the first 30 seconds, perform as many burpees as possible. Rest the remainder of the 30 seconds within that minute. Repeat for 10 total rounds. Score is power clean weight each round + burpee score each round.
