Front Squat 10-8-6-4-2

(working up in weight each set to a heavy set of 2)
Part 2: 50 Burpee Box Jumps (20,24”)
(complete 1 full burpee infront of box and jump onto box with full open hip, jump/step down off box, and repeat, 49 more times)
