WOD: Push-press 3 reps EOMOTM for 8 min + abmat sit-up: 16 min total. Goal is to go as heavy as possible for each round without failing!
*partner 1 completes 3 push press as heavy as possible, during that minute partner 2 completes 20 abmat sit-ups, switch spots and repeat for 16 total min.
