Complete as many rope climbs (15′) as possible in 2 min.
Complete as many floor-shoulder-overhead (power clean & jerk) as possible in 2 min. (95,135#)
There will be a 12 min running clock, with 1 team member moving at a time you will complete as many rope climbs as possible in 2 min, then move onto power clean and jerk for 2 min, 3 rounds total.
