Back to the regular Schedule.

Team WOD:
AMRAP 15min.
Tire Carry 50m. (If tire is dropped inside of cones there is a 20 pushup penalty for each team member)
Burpee Broad Jump 50m.
*Teams of 2 carry tire together, then complete burpee broad jumps working 1 at a time to cover total distance, switching out as needed.
