9a Olympic Lifting:
Power snatch – 70% x 1 x 5
Power clean & jerk – 70% x 1 x 5
Clean Pull – 90% x 2 x 3
11a Team WOD:
2 person teams, 8 rounds total, 4 per person, for time:
1 partner runs 400m.
other partner completes as many rounds of bear complex as possible (75,115#)
1 round of bear complex= deadlift, hang power clean, front squat, pushpress, backsquat, pushpress
(for every round completed of bear complex take 10 seconds off total finish time, partial rounds do not count)
