Well, our boxes are still packed, and we’ve bought ourselves more time with our grand opening. The owner of 633 N. Morton, with his poor business ethics, doubled the rent (the day before we were supposed to move in) because he didn’t like the lawyer we sought to review the lease (that’s literally what happened). We are at square one, looking for another building PRONTO. We’ve already connected with some agents for a new location. At this point our Grand Opening is TBA and may need to be pushed back.
