WOD: Part 1: Rope Climb 3-3-3
Make climbs as challenging as possible. Ex: L-sit with 20lb. vest 🙂
Part 2: Box Jump 5-3-1
Must perform from dead stop- no run and jump. Shoot for Max height!
Part 3: Deadlift 5-3-1+
Begin with 75% of 1rm for 5, then 85% for 3, then 90-95% for 1+
