WOD:
Every minute, on the minute, for 20 minutes, rotate through the following until you’ve completed five sets of each:
Minute 1 – KB Goblet Squat x 10 reps
Minute 2 – Hollow Rock or Hold x 30-40 seconds
Minute 3 – Alternating Reverse Lunges with DBs/KBs x 12 reps
Minute 4Crossover Symmetry activation x 5-8 reps each

Note that if you have a scheduled renewal payment within 10-days of your invoice billing date, the payment will be processed as scheduled. Your membership will be canceled at the end of your final paid month. All payments are non-refundable. All grandfathered membership rates will also be forfeited and returning members will be subject to current rates.
