Laura has been a member at HCF for 2 years. She started out in CrossFit Light, and decided that she loved CrossFit so much that she progressed into regular classes.  Her favorite movement is handstand pushups!

WOD:

Run 200m.
10 Box Jump (30,24″)
*goal is to go higher than usual for box jump.
