Mobility: Deadlift prep

WOD: 5 Rounds:
3 Deadlift (80% of 1rm)
5 strict pullup (least assistance possible or weighted)
40 yard sprint (20 down, 20 back)

415 Specialty:
Endurance:

Run: 3-7 x 400m, rest 1:00, hold each effort within 2-3 seconds
C2 Row:3-7 x 500m, rest 1:00, hold each effort within 2-3 seconds
Oly-Lifting:

3 POS SNATCH: 5 x 3 (floor, below knee, mid thigh)
SN PUSH PRESS 5 x 5
SNATCH PULL 3 x 3
FRONT SQT 5 x 3
