WOD: ‘Angie’
100 reps each of: pullups, pushups, situps, squats
(scale as needed to 75 or 50 reps each)

    *WARNING* Can not operate equipment after performing ‘Angie’ (this includes a mouse or keyboard) due to lack of hand/eye coordination! 🙂 My eye sees where the mouse pointer needs to go, however my toasty arms/hands just can not seem to get it there. PS…it helps to stick tongue out while attempting to coordinate the two.
